How is this a publc school system?

Public school's full of rich kids are better off, than public school's full of poor kids. That is according to studies done on the education system. The Fraser Institute  ranked Nelson park middle school a 2.0 while Whitney Junior Park middle school got a 8.6. Now we're looking at differences of $16/per student and $1,026/per student for the month. Most of the money comes from fund-raising in the school, now where does the money come from when fund-raising? The parents, of course.

The parents money funded the school. For their jersey's, books, gym supplies. the money was distributed evenly amoung the students, but not with the entire public schools.

There were 2 plans on how a school would be funded. Plan A, banned parental donations to the school, as long as the government would be funding all schools to a level where donations wouldn't be needed. Now Plan B would be pooling all parental donations and sharing them evenly to each school.
Now everyone has equal rights no matter where the school is, if it's a poor neighbourhood or how much funding the school gets, but education is important nobody denies it. But maybe forgot that when it's our own child needing a bood education.
